Tick Bite Protocol - Online Class

$20.00

Ticks, and the diseases they carry, have been a topic of great importance and dread within holistic and outdoor recreational communities.  With limited reputable information available for the layman, conversations around ticks and Lyme center around outdated and inaccurate information. Tick populations have spread significantly over the decades and so have their associated pathogens. The lack of quality information and care has left a majority of the population feeling fear about engaging with the natural world. And more recently, the announcement of Lyme vaccine developments have sent waves of misinformation through social channels, further intensifying the fear of how to care for ourselves amidst the chaos of our current time.

We do not have to separate ourselves from nature to prevent illness and we do not have to live in fear of becoming ill. The more we inform ourselves and establish systems of restorative care, we as individuals and communities can thrive in the face of uncertainty and environmental changes.

This class is intended to inform and empower you by weaving scientific knowledge with psychosomatic wisdom.

Topics of this class include:

  • the ecology of ticks and the diseases they carry

  • topical and internal preparations to mitigate the transmission of pathogens

  • the importance of tending to our nervous systems and immune system as a form of prevention

  • how to shift daily habits to bring awareness and presence with your body and your boundaries

  • & many herbal allies that can be of support before, during, and after a tick bite.

*This class is not a substitute for medical care and is for educational purposes only.

This class will take place via Zoom call at 5:00pm EST. The recording will be emailed to all attendees within 24 hours of the class.
